Consultants

How to choose one?

When it comes to making a decision of “Whom to consul?” the main things to be considered are

  1. Availability
  2. Domain Experience
  3. Cost
  4. References (if any)

If you are in the state of flux and want to know about the best solutions available the consultant must be “online” to help you out. Phone, email, chat or event do a personal session are the common nature of availability. If one can have a 24x7 consultant that will be the best one – Provided the cost is no-bar.

Choosing the write domain expert is always difficult, since one may have to go through many difficult “testing” mechanisms – as far as we feel it is too difficult. The alternate is to get attached to a group who has different levels of experts, and who will escalate issues to get the best solution out.

Cost, always becomes a factor, but usually the per incident charged consultants cost more compared to packaged domain support. Also choosing the ‘frequently doubted domains‘ wisely will help more in cutting cost. Multi-leveled consultant groups cost less since the experts are charged differently.

References, If you have one, its better. But don’t blindly depend on it. Sometimes new firms with dynamic members will provide less costly, highly feasible solutions that too quickly.

How we work…

The supports at present are only answered via phone or email. The escalation within the domain & between level will be done quickly and an update will be available in no time.

In case of product related queries the team will consult the related providers pre-sales support to get the best option out.
